Classrooms Adopt Colleges/College Divisions

Classrooms at Woodcrest Elementary will adopt a university, college, or community college. The purpose is to have some fun learning how to plan for high school graduation and attend a school of higher learning. Each classroom researches, write essays, and create a display board providing meaningful information about their adopted college. Then, they use their artistic creativity in painting a banner which will be shown in a college parade for all to see. Parents and the community is invited to assist this event. Please check continuously for dates and times of 2011-2012 Woodcrest College Parade.
